hello everyone, I have just joined today as I need a little guidance. I have lived in France for 2 years and have managed to put on a stone and a half. Too much French bread and cheese etc and of course wine. I am going to California in October for a 3 week holiday and need to loose at least a stone before I go so I can enjoy a few naughty delights there. I have lost 4lb in 12 days so not off to a flying start but at least its going in the right direction, hoping for better results when I weigh myself again on Saturday. Curry tomorrow night but what can I have with it instead of rice or lovely bombay potatoes, any ideas please.
