Hi everyone, am following the Dr Barry Groves Eat Fat Get Thin Plan as from today. Have done low carb before but never stuck to it enough to lose what I need to…….after being on weight watchers for a couple of weeks and weighing myself yesterday I am 7 pounds heavier than what I was a couple of weeks ago so not happy.
Current Weight 203 pounds

Third goal
175 pounds [will be able to wear a number of other clothes then]
Fourth goal

135 – will be able to get into my wedding dress, for no other reason that I want to prove a point………..
Food today
Mushroom and cheese omelette
Lunch
Green salad, peppers, olives, celery, feta, tuna
Dinner
Will be salmon, roasted veg
