Salt, sugar, full fat dairy, pan-fried beef and fish, mutton, gelatin, eggs, coconut oil.
These have become my sustenance.
After emerging from the superstitious darkness of veganism and vegetarianism, I still felt vaguely unwell. Soy milk, olive oil, pasta, and so on. But after rejecting all of these, and connecting to food in a way that strengthened my body and not my ego, I feel well again, and truly in control instead of going from one trend to another.
I am glad to join a low carb community and share perspectives and experiences. Thanks for this forum. I hope to gain inspiration and ideas here. And if not, I at least have the confidence within me to keep on going.
