my name is Mike. My girlfriend and I just started Atkins diet about a week ago. We both have only a few pounds to lose, me maybe 15 to 20, her about 5 to 10. So far, low carbs has been fine. Been trying to make some recipes, main thing that led me to this site.

Anyway, that's my story!

Welcome Mike,

There are some really great recipes out there. I do suggest if you don't have an atkins book that you get one and take a look at what you are in for.
