As addition to following low carb diet, getting about 30 grammes of carbs a day, it would be good to "help" weight loss. So, I was wondering whether it is possible to do it by using some supplements? Which ones? Any experience?

For me.. Coconut oil and yerba mate tea. I see a definite improvement to overall wellbeing and also to weightloss when I use both daily.

But, I also find that coconut oil and/or MCT oil gives me a little boost as well.

I would say 5000 UI of vit D and lots of Omega 3.

I haven't found any myself, tried 5htp and B12's. No difference there just more energy! Just avoiding temptations is my supplement.

I take 3000mg per day of L-Carnatine and 400mcg of Chromium and it works wonderfully! :D I've also heard people taking CoQ10, but haven't taken it myself. :)
