Hello all, I am new here and I am going to start on the Atkins plan tomorrow (03/16/11). I pretty much know what I can and can not have and have meals planned out for the first two or three days. I have been reading the site for a while and decided to join because you all support each other and I know support is what I need. I chose this plan because I want to change the way that I eat. I am pretty much a sugar addict and junk food is all I know so this is going to be a huge challenge for me. I am starting at about 149 (maybe more now scared to get on a scale) and my goal is 115 as I am 5’2. Hope to be talking to you all soon. :wave:
