I know it's probably just water weight as there is no way in he!! that I ate enough of anything to truly gain weight, but man I can not catch a break on the scale here.

I didn't even eat all that much yesterday. 2 almond muffins, bunless burger with cheese, rutabaga fries. A carbier day than usual but still not a horror of carb overload either.

I'm bummed.

I spent all of last year eating much more than that and carbing up quite a bit and I lost weight no problem. Now nothing is working.

Next step is to fiddle with the steroid dose to see if that is the problem.

That's not enough food to gain a pound. It is water weight.

Yup, it has to be water and if you are still doing more of a workout, you are likely having your glycogen and water stores increase in your muscles.
