Hello!
After lurking for a while I have decided to join the site.
I am not medically overweight but after suffereing recently with a broken pelvis I have put on about 14 lb. I have a small frame and would very much like to return to my regular size. (Can't get any of my clothes on!!!!) After lots of reading I am thinking that low carb is the way to go.
I have a couple of medical things going on that mean I cant eat any milk products and that I have a tendancy to crave and binge eat carbs.
I tried low carb in November for 2 weeks and it worked well, in a few different ways, so now I'm back on my feet it's time to make a serious committment to it!
