60 years old ,diabetes, over weight feeling lousy, and totally frustrated.

I have been on Low Carb before and felt great and also had the diabetes under control.

Let myself go because of the age factor.

Now I want to feel good again for the grandchildren.
Hope I can get there again.
Especially now at the holiday season. Tough time to start.

holidays are the best time to start. helps you become stronger and more confident in yourself as you make choices to better yourself and be here for your grandchildren. best of luck to you.
