Hi all :)

I was on New Atkins this Spring, and had great success during Induction and OWL rung 1. My wife hated it, though, so I relented.

However, I'm on a medication now that's been making weight loss extremely difficult. So I went to the doctor, and he told me to get on a low-carb diet. So here I am!

I'm planning on doing New Atkins again, since I had such success.

Anyway, just sayin' hi!

It always makes my day when a doc orders a LC diet!
