hello all my name is josh i am from NYC and i use too be 435 lbs i lost 200 lbs but in the last year Ive lost both my parents to cancer, and i gained a lot about 100 pounds and i need to get back to where i was happy, i am a chef in NYC which doesn't help lol but i went back on the Atkins and Ive lost 12 pounds in a week so i have hope. i hope i can find kindred spirits here and we can help each other..
