I am stalled at a couple of pounds. What should I do? I am feeling pretty bad. Some weeks I lose 3 pounds, some one. This week I lost one pound and a couple of days later it went up one and 1/2 pound. What should I do? Thanks.

It's hard to give you any advice if we don't know what you're eating, drinking or how you are following the plan.
So, what are you eating and drinking? Do you cheat on a regular basis? Eat low-carb bars? Drink enough water? Drink alcohol? Eat enough?
