Hello everyone! So, I have finally made a decision to start with some sort of low carb diet and found this place.
I don't consider myself super overweight, but my BMI tells me otherwise. Not to mention, my midsection screams for help.
So, since I am new, I could use all the encouragement and guidance that can possibly be given out.

I promise, I will followup with all details and instructions. I just need to do something.

Hi Jerry.

Welcome, you have found a great place for lots of support.

I follow the Atkins for a New You plan, this is a little less strict the some of the older Atkins plans, so I'm told. Whatever you decide, get the book and read it as you will find lots of great info to help you along the way.

Good luck on your LC journey.

Thank you. Deciding a date now and plan on blogging my whole experience.

I think it will help me and could actually make it fun. We'll see.

Now, time to go get the book and do some reading.

Yes, I agree that bloging does help, at least for me.
