I'm Type 2 Diabetic and I'm going low carb because nothing else is working. I've looked at a number of different low carb plan options and would appreciate input from anyone willing to help. I know from past experience that bread and the "white" carbs stay like lead in my stomach for way too long.

My glucose reading are already looking much better even after only a couple of days. I'm currently on different medication but have high hopes of cutting them out or down as time passes. Is there anyone else out there who has a similar history but is just futher down the road?

Waiting patiently for responses. :help:
