I broke down today and posted a before and during picture as well as an Avatar. It's been years since I've posted a picture of myself online and I promised myself I would post one when I broke 175. I was 174.6 this morning, so I honored that promise to myself. I'm going to learn to quit making myself promises one of these days!!! LOL
