I really have nothing much to say today except "Life Rocks!!!!". I'm going to get my mani/pedi I won today!!!!

Does anyone else find your outlook on life has improved since Atkins? LOL My husband thinks the real Karen was abducted by aliens and replaced with this new happy Karen!!! LOL

There's nothing better than a mani/pedi on a Saturday ;)

My outlook certainly improved after starting Atkins 6yrs back- liked myself better, I FELT better and....well....Ribeyes :) those make me awful happy too!
