If I were to do the meat and egg fast, would I still be able to work out without having carbs? My workout is an hour to an hour and a half long

I would imagine yes, just make sure you are fueled before hand (if needed). I find when I do an egg/meat fast, I am rarely hungry but have tons of energy. Also, I have to stay hydrated... as I tend to still lose alot of fluids.
