I always thought it was 1 net carb for one slice. But the new book, "New Atkins for a New You" list's avocodo's being more like 3 net carb's for the whole hass avocodo. If I remember correctly. Anyone know what the net carb count is for Hass Avocodo's?

Nutritiondata.com lists 1 California avocado as 3 net carbs (12 carbs/9 fiber). Mmmmmm avocado!
