Myself and my wife are both low-carbing it and we were looking for a convienent way to do some strength training...

I settled on a Bowflex, and finally purchased the PR3000 yesterday!

I can't wait to start with it!

It will be a good suppliment to my diet...I lost 52 lbs 4 years ago...fell of the wagon...and now I'm back...
