I come from Poland (be aware of me mistakes in written english).
I am on the low carb diet since 4 weeks and I only gain 4 kilo.
I have no clue what is going on in my body but I gonna find this oout

Hi Ola, welcome! I read your profile and saw that you haven't read the Atkins book yet. I am giving you a link to the Atkins basics. Some of the info that you get from other web-sites may not be the real Atkins information. Good luck to you.
