Contentrated fish oil capsules 750mg omega 3 (http://www.iherb.com/Now-Foods-Ultra-Omega-3-500-EPA-250-DHA-180-Softgels/8341?at=0)
In this example the carbs are below the amount needed to declare a carbohydrate content so you may assume it's less than one. The more concentrated the capsule the fewer unnecessary calories.

A concentrated fish oil liquid (http://www.iherb.com/Nature-s-Answer-Liquid-Omega-3-Deep-Sea-Fish-Oil-EPA-DHA-Natural-Orange-Flavor-16-fl-oz-480-ml/7908?at=0) would reduce the needless calories even more.

thanks for the info do you know about the vit C tablets?these are what I use (http://www.iherb.com/Natural-Factors-Vitamin-C-Time-Release-1000-mg-180-Tablets/2556?at=0)

The problem with a vitamin C chewable is all the vitamin c is available for absorption immediately. Once it's absorbed and in the system it's half life is measured in minutes. So in 30mins your 1000mg =500mg 1hr = 250mg 90mins later it's down to 125mg and 2hrs after taking down to 62.5mg and at 2hr 30mins only 31.25mg remains.

Using a time release, or sustained release, version gets over that problem as the vitamin C is released slowly over an 8hr period so you don't get such a big rush of Vitamin C at any point and less ends up down the loo.

I've had a look at some chewable Vit C (http://www.iherb.com/Search?kw=vitamin+c+chewable&p=2&sr=0)and they do have between 1 and 2 g of carbs.
