I searched/googled for lo carb information and this site popped up so I thought...OK I'll check it out and "What do you know" I obviously have been here before because I got the Welcome n5rjm and that couldn't really be anyone but me...good thing I asked the machine to remember my password and wonder what my email address is? Better check these things out ...but happy I found you all again. Now I'll spend some time getting re-acquainted ...This is my first post or so the board tells me.
