Hello Guys,
I live in Lebanon , a mediterranean country where food is everything...!!!
our food is so yummmy !!
I am 43 years old , married 2 years ago. no children yet.
I am overweight since ever I was born !!!
I am now around 96.5Kg ... was 99.2 10 days ago...
On atkins induction since 24th June... 10 days now.
lost like 3kg in 10 days.. I am happy ,,,but I thought I would lose more..
anyway .. I am happy ..and my goal is to get below 85kg..
which means I have 10kgs to lose..
I need your support guys and gals !! big time...
I really need to do this !!!
