Hi all. New to this forum but not new to dieting. I am 45 and 200 lbs. I lost a bunch of weight years ago by dieting low carb and doing alot of exercise. Got married and both of us put on the weight!!!!!!!!!! Now fighting to get it off, out of energy, no desire to exercise and losing faith all together......mabe I am just tired............. ;) . Anyway I am hoping to be able to get this crap off of my gut and go from a washtub to washboard abs..........well anything close to that will definitely be an improvement.

Thanks for letting me vent and I will see you all in the threads!!!!!!!

Hello Robert from another Robert,

Pick a good plan and stick to it and I'm sure you'll get more energy. You can start excercise again then and the weight'll just fall off I'm sure.
