Hi everyone,
My name is Lyndsey and my fiance and myself are starting Atkins this weekend. I have done Atkins before and found that this is the only way I can lose pounds. My fiance Jake has never done the low carb thing before and I know the fat will just melt off him. We live in a tiny town in Montana (Sheridan) and have been together since Jan. 2007. We are getting married in July 2010 and would both like to drop some weight and look as hot as we possibly can for the wedding. So... that's my story and I am stickin to it. I would love to hear from any of you, share recipes, tips and become friends. So, cheers to all of us trying to improve our bodies and our lives!!! :wave:
