Hi everyone I am a new lowcarber, I've been on Adkins intro for two weeks and am not losing any weight, it's very frustrating. I am only eating 20 carbs a day and exercise. Help :help:

Can you post exactly what you have been eating? Just because you are at 20 carbs, doesn't mean it's the best carbs for you to loose.


PS.....it's ATKINS, not ADkins.

Great place to start is posting your menu. You might not be eating the right kind of carbs.

Water is key as has been said. 2 litres a day. Lots of the stuff.

Stay away from Low Carb products that have polyols instead of sugar. Can create stalls.

Menus a good place to start!
