Hello everyone! I followed my low carb regimen with passion, with fire, and worked out faithfully, and lost nearly 30 lbs...then my car was rear ended by a complete moron :(

So...a year and a half later, after physical and occupational therapy, wrist surgery, and ignoring low carb, I am back...eating more healthfully, back in the gym, and I have already lost weight and inches since I've done so! I plan to share my joys and tears here, please say you'll have me! :D
