Hello to you all ! I am Debbie. I am starting the LC lifestyle today. I have done Atkins before and lost about 30 pounds only to regain those 30 and then some. Summer is around the corner and I am determined to lose some inches and pounds before I have to put on the DREADED bathing suit. LOL !
I live in Virginia, 1 hubby, 1 daughter, 1 grandson and 1 yorkie.
