Hi and welcome to our forums! First off, have you been to our recipe boards? There are great recipes there that will surely give you more variety, and they are also separated out so you can tell which ones are induction friendly!

Secondly, you might want to post what you're eating so folks can give you more ideas on what to eat!

One thing I learned is that breakfast isn't just for eggs/bacon/sausage anymore. I frequently eat dinner leftovers for breakfast... for example, this morning it's chicken wings for breakfast!

So hang in there, read the recipe section, and read your book... for some reason that always helps me to stay motivated :)

(((Oh and pssssssst.... it's not Adkins... it's Atkins ;) )))

Welcome! Nice to have you with us! :)

As Pammieanne said, there are a lot of wonderful recipes in our Kitchen forum (http://forum.lowcarber.org/forumdisplay.php?f=2). Also check out Linda Sue's site (http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/index.html) and Cleochatra's blog (http://cleochatra.blogspot.com/) for some yummy ideas! Just be sure the recipes you select don't require foods that aren't on the lists for whatever level you're at, i.e. Induction, and the various rungs of the Carb Ladder.

Right, the food isn't as easy as it was pre low carb. We try to keep each others' enthusiasm up with recipes and food porn, but yeah, it's difficult. For sure, it'll teach you to find other motivations and rewards. You can do it. If food continues to be your reward focus, then just give it time, you'll find other rewards.
