Yesterday my 14 yo son, who is oblivious to everything in the world unless it's by Nintendo looked at me and said "Hey mom, you really are smaller." If he noticed, I know it must be so. This has been a great motivator for me. :D

Wow, a teenage boy noticing anything that isn't young and cute (or Nintendo LOL) is a miracle in itself!
