Hello All:
I used to be a frequent poster here in 3-4 years ago. During that phase, I lost 40lbs in a year or so (215lbs to 175lbs). Unfortunately, I've managed to put about half of it back on (currently 200lbs) over the last 3 years.
I workout 1-2 hours a day (treadmill ~6mph), but like in the past, going low-carb is the only thing that has really and truly ever worked for me (exercise helped keep it off this long).
I've promised myself I'll go back to low-carb and try to shed off 25lbs this year.
