I have been on SB about 3 weeks and losing about a pound a day. Yeah!!!

I am planning to resume cycling this spring and I am looking for ideas for refueling on long rides.

I'd suggesting looking through / searching the Exercise Forums (http://forum.lowcarber.org/forumdisplay.php?f=112). I know you're not the only one with this question.

I cluster my carbs and avoid grains so it's all sugar for me. The main thing that works is to only eat sugar right before runs and on longer runs. There's an ultramarathoner around somewhere - I'm not a big time athlete.
