Hello fellow low carbers and diabetics. My name is rachael and I am back after over a year going crazy on carbs and stress. I am doing Dr Bernsteins "The Diabetic Diet", going back to curves, monitoring blood sugar stringently, and starting meds. Came back here for support and guidence. thanks for being here!
