Hi just came across this forum and wanted to know if there are any low-carber. WOL Kentucky folks out there. I would love to hear from someone on the Atkins program with some input. I am having a difficult time for some reason. I go for about a week and a half and then just out of the blue I go Crazy, with forbidden food. Thanks in advance Joan :wave:

Hi. This may be a little late, but I am from Bowling Green. Not too far from ya. :) I just started on this forum yesterday and I love it so far! I'm not really doing the Atkins program, but going Low carb has helped me so far. Hope you're doing well. :)
