I lost 40 pounds on Atkins 4 years ago. I now have to loose again, so I came back to what I know worked for me before. I briefly tried another program with little success. I especially like to try new recipes.

Welcome to the board

Hopefully we can all work together to make this a permanent way of life so we don't ever have to restart again!

It looks like you have already dropped some pound. Good job! :)

The journey will be better with all of you to count on for inspiration and support.I spent several hours last night browsing the recipes and I throughly enjoyed myself. I love to cook new offerings. However the last time I did Atkins I was so disappointed in the baked good that I don't think I will even bother this time. I wasted so much money of different flours etc used in low carbing. I won't hurt me to stay simpler and just have sugar free jello and pudding.of course with whipped cream on top! :agree:
