Hi! My name is Eric and I'm 39. I've been on and off low carb for years. When I'm on it, I have amazing results (along with massive amounts of exercise), but when I get off I blow up quickly. I have experimented a lot trying to see how much exercise can get me into ketosis quickly and I'm interested in the experiences of others. Right now, not matter how many carbs I've recently had, I can get into ketosis the next morning after 3 hours of cardio with an average HR of 140.
