I sat in a bookstore yesterday and sped-read the first part of this book, by Sally Fallon and fat expert Mary Enig, and the approach looks very Schwarzbeinian to me. It's about 1/8 pure text--explanations of essential fatty acids, macro and micro nutrients, problems with modern foods, etc...then about 7/8 recipes, but with a column running down the recipe pages containing lots of interesting tidbits about food in general.
Scwarzbein followers and specific carb diet people, as well as Zoners and PPLP "purists" would all probably find this particularly interesting.
