Hi everyone,

You all seem like a friendly bunch! I am Barry. 34 years old and desperately wanting to lose my belly! I have known about low carbing for a long while but had never tried it until now!

Well today is my first day and so far so good! I must admit, it feels really strange not to worry about the fat I eat...

You'll hear from me soon. I am sure I'll have loads of questions...
