Hi all,

I'm new to this forum but not new to low carb.

I did Atkins many years ago, but then stopped for some reason. I restarted in December 2007 and I'm pretty close to goal (within a few pounds).

You might also see me around Low Carb Friends if you ever visit that forum.

Yes, I remember seeing you around there...

I've heard that expression, but never understood it. What does that mean?

Now Taxachusetts I understand! Did you hear about the income tax repeal question on November's ballet?
