Hi! I was on here for more than a year and lost about 80 lbs. It worked so great, I had so much energy and really felt like a million dollars. I looked even better. Then I quit smoking. I quit here too and following LC. Since then I have gained back about 35 lbs. I need some help and I know this is the place. I am back again and just wanted to throw myself out there to ask for some help. Thank you!
