17 months ago I was a diabetic type 2.
I started a LCKD and skipped 70 IE of insulin/day in just 2 days.
Since then I take no drugs for diabetes and I have lost 35 kg.
I am a diabetic type 0 (zero)

Way to go!!! Im diabetic and am waiting to get alot healthier from this way of eating myself...it will happen someday...
