Hello,

I'm new to the forum, but not new to low-carbing.
DH and I "did Atkins" in 2000. I lost 50 lbs, dh about 80.
I have successfully kept it off (+/- 5 lbs) for 8 years (DH not so successful :lol: )

We're back on induction so that I can lose another 40 or so, DH about 60.

We started last Saturday, and as of this morning I am down by 9. Yeah! :)

I know it is often harder the second time around, so wish us luck on our continued LC journey.
