I am a recent convert from the "official Atkins" boards wow are they uptight and downright rude. I have read many threads here and am impressed with the wilingness to help and contribute rather than insult and ridicule for our questions.

I wish you all luck on your low carb journey, and hopefully I will find some in mine.
