Hi everyone! I'm almost to my goal weight. I've joined you because the closer I'm getting to that weight the more I have felt the urge to cheat and I'm less motivated to exercise. I need some great support to keep me on track for this way of life!

Hi Karen - welcome to the board.

While it's easy to say "don't cheat and just do it", I can sympathize. I find cheating temptations MUCH harder now than in the beginning. Also when you get close to goal, your appetite can return. Make sure you don't go too long without eating something so you don't lose control.

Overeating on acceptable foods is better than overeating on carbs. Just remember that. :)
