I admit this is not the first time I've counted carbs. I first discovered Sugar Busters after high school, about 7-8 years ago, and it was the only diet I felt comfortable with and was successful with. I think in general I am a very healthy eater, and yet when I am not counting carbs, I cannot lose any weight. It is basically impossible, even if I am exercising 4-5 hours a week.
So here I am again. Tired of feeling (not necessarily looking) fat. I want a change, so here goes.
