Hey all. I decided to drop 20 or 30 lbs after I got my holiday pictures back and noticed that I am fatter than I picture myself to be. Live in Vancouver, BC. Started windsurfing and doing a rough version of atkins last week, without the induction. With my increase in excesize I couldn't keep my carbs below 20, so I look for about 20 - 40 a day. I have a fair amount of experience cooking under restrictions as my dad has had a million different diets and every time I go home to see him I make him a meal under his new diet. I am also consuming 3 tablespoons of psylium per day because I believe it to be a healthy choice.
