I'm new to this forum and am trying to eat healthy foods. I'm not overweight but that doesn't mean I'm healthy. I have frequent leg pains, arthritis in my lower back and scoliosis. I understand from info that I've been reading, that I can heal most of this by changing my diet, hence my reason for finding this site.
Would welcome any suggestions for accomplishing this.
I presently take virgin coconut oil, unrefined apple cider vinegar with honey and eat flaxseed meal on a daily basis.
What else can I add to my lifestyle? :help:
