Hello to everyone!
I'm starting LCing today, I've tried it before in the past but gave up all forms of dieting through illness a couple of years ago.
I manages to maintain an ok weight up until this year when I went vegetarian and gained a few pounds. I've been calorie counting for a few weeks now but I'm just maintaining doing that, so I thought I'd give LC another try seeing as it gave great results last time.
My name is Becky, I live in Nottingham (central eastern England) and work for a large utilities company but in my real life ;) I'm an artist, musician, love tattoos and piercings and the alternative lifestyle.
I'm looking forwards to making some new friends around here :)
