1 Cup of Walnuts (can sub with nut of choice)
1 egg
Pinch of Sea Salt
Chopthe walnuts as fine as possible in a food processor (do not use meal) and add egg and salt. The dough will be a tad sticky. Coat a cast iron pan with oil or Butter press 1/2 the dough onto the pan into a round shape cook turning once. ((can be used for open face sandwiches!))
Freezes well.. and also makes GREAT stuffing for turkey!
