Wanted to share what I put together today!!

I used the basic recipe for "Cheese Danish" found here;


Except I used 4 eggs instead of 3, and a whole yolk in the filling.

To the yolk mixture, I added a good shake of SF Lemon Jello, dry (Kerry's idea), and a squeeze of lemon juice.

To the filling, I added more of the SF Lemon Jello and another squeeze of lemon juice. I made these in my muffin top pan, and it made 6 big rolls. Not sure what the carb count in these would be, but I can't imagine it would be much more than the original recipe. They are absolutely delicious!!!!

Wow, thanks for resurrecting this! I think I may try it with strawberry sf jello and crushed berries in the filling. Will be sure to post pics next time! (Or raspberry....hmmmmmmm.)
